Deposit

A non-refundable 125-dollar onsite fee is due at the time of booking services. If for any reason after booking, the party chooses to cancel, the deposit will not be refunded.

Styling for the Bride

On the day of the wedding, I will style the bride out start to finish with a wash, blow-dry, and press. ***I prefer to do a trial with the bride so that we have come up with an idea of what is expected on the wedding day. The initial trial is100 dollars and includes a wash, blow-dry, press, and style.

Styling and Services for Bridesmaids

On the day of the wedding, I will arrive 20-30 minutes early to set up and be ready to start promptly at the time discussed between me and the party. The ladies are to come with their hair washed (with a clarifying shampoo) and blow-dried (without any heavy products). If they already have their hair pressed, please make sure its with very light products that do not weigh the hair down. I will press hair if it is not pressed, but it needs to be thoroughly blow-dried in advance. If

one of the ladies should come with too much product, or unclean hair, it will affect my ability to properly curl and style the hair for the desired results. Additional fees will apply if I have to re-wash and blow-dry someone’s hair. I will bring all products and styling tools needed with me. If anyone should need or want to add clip-ins to their styling, an additional charge may be added depending on what is required for the style.

Payment

The brides hair starts at 175 dollars. This price includes a wash, blow-dry, and press as well as the styling for whatever style we have chosen for her desired look. If the bride would like touch-ups or a change in hairstyle, additional fees will be added. That will be discussed upon booking and an additional amount will be added at that time.*** Each up-do for the bridesmaids will be 100 dollars each and an additional amount if clip-ins need to be added then they should be made and washed prior to me starting the hair. ***I accept Venmo (FairrenThompson) Cash App ($Fairren Thompson$) Zelle, cash, and card payments through square.

Travel

If the location to get ready is in Atlanta, a 50 dollar travel fee will be applied to the total amount due and as well as any parking fees associated with the hotel or venue where my car will be parked during the duration of the time it takes to complete services. If the location requires me to drive outside of Atlanta, that amount will be based on how far I have to drive to and from the location. If I am traveling out of state then the booking party is responsible for my flight, hotel accommodations, and travel expenses associated with my travel.

Cancellations

If for any reason the party needs to cancel then it must be at least two months prior to the wedding date to avoid fees. The 125-dollar non-refundable deposit will not be refunded upon cancelling. If they cancel after the two month time frame, 50% of the total amount is still to be paid by the party. If they cancel under at or under one month away from the wedding date then total amount is to be paid in full by the party. I have marked this day off my working calendar and I will need ample time to make sure it gets booked if your party needs to cancel. Failure to cancel in a reasonable amount of time hinders my ability to prepare for potentially missed income.
