Cancellation policy and deposit
A non-refundable 15% deposit is required to book any appointment. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will result in losing your deposit. You may transfer your deposit one time if you need to reschedule and apply your deposit towards another appointment (given that you reschedule prior to the 24 hour cut off for losing your deposit).
Appointment reminders
Please come to all color appointments with your hair stretched and/or blown out enough so that I can section and part through the hair easily. Detangling and stretching the hair is necessary for clean lines and even color applications. Failure to do so can result in having to reschedule your appointment and losing your deposit.
Late policy
If you are more than 20 minutes late it can result in me having to possibly reschedule your appointment. Please give me at least a 20 minute courtesy if you will be late. I understand things happen so I will do my best to see that I can provide my services to you. I don’t want to feel rushed so arriving on time is necessary. In return, if I’m running behind, I will always give you 30 minutes to an hour courtesy text to allow you to prepare accordingly or reschedule if necessary.
